In today's fast-paced world, we often forget to take a step back and reflect on our lives. However, self-reflection is an essential tool for personal growth and development and something we need to pass down to the generations that follow.
As a creative I like variety and options but importantly things I can fit into a cross body bag or back pack to take along with me and make a memory through human engagement anywhere.
That's why I want to talk about the Questions to Empower Deck from Mal Paper and the importance of asking yourself self-reflective questions, and encouraging our youth to do the same.

ghtful because lets be honest this generation of youth are not the best in self expression without prompts to look up form their phones.

By asking themselves questions about their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, young people can develop a deeper understanding of themselves and build a strong foundation for personal growth and development.
