What that means depends on how you look at life. I enjoy being in spaces that enable the mix and blend of cultural experiences as well as the experience and exposure to film, music and all expression of art and its various forms.

Culture consists of places where we experience art, write or recite poetry, engage in recreational sports, and especially share and exchange art.
